Jeff Sandquist is a government relations expert who combines in-depth knowledge of the legislative process with an extensive network of legislators, policymakers, government officials, and stakeholders. He works closely with clients to develop detailed, customized strategies to manage risk and support business and organizational objectives. Over the course of his career, Jeff has advanced the interests of a range of top-tier national and state clients through legislation, issue campaigns, and crisis management. He has earned the reputation as a trusted adviser, strategic partner, and passionate advocate for companies across a number of industries.
Prior to joining Veridus, Jeff worked for 14 years at two nationally prominent Arizona law firms in the government relations practice. He also served as an assistant Arizona attorney general handling issues involving the sale, lease, and development of state trust lands. Before attending law school, Jeff gained firsthand knowledge of the legislative process as the legislative liaison for the Arizona State Land Department and was the research analyst for the Arizona Senate Natural Resources and Agriculture Committee.

When not working, Jeff likes to spend time with his wife and four sons. His interests include cooking, golf, and adventure travel – which has included running with the bulls in Pamplona, summiting Mount Kilimanjaro, and hiking various Inca trails before exploring the ruins of Machu Picchu.
